At Wellness with Shez & Del, we honour your time, energy, and commitment—and we ask that you honour ours in return. This policy ensures that we can continue to hold safe, sacred, and sustainable space for all members of our community.

1. Reiki 1:1 Healing Sessions (In-Person & Remote)

• 24-Hour Notice Required
  Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

• Late Cancellations
  Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the session fee, unless due to a genuine emergency.

• No-Shows
  Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full and may impact future bookings.

2. Women’s Circles & Group Events

• 7-Day Notice Required
  Cancellations for group events (including circles, workshops, and ceremonies) must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund or transfer.

• Within 7 Days
  Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, though you may gift or transfer your spot to another woman if you notify us at least 48 hours before the event.

• Minimum Numbers Clause
  We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a group event if minimum participant numbers are not met. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.

3. Courses, Retreats & Multi-Week Programs

• Each program (such as the Reiki Warriors Program, Radiance Retreats, or Facilitator Pathway) will have specific cancellation terms provided at the time of enrolment.

• Generally, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place, with balance payments due by a specific date. Refunds (excluding the deposit) may be issued if you withdraw within a stated window (typically 14–30 days before the start date).

• For cancellations due to emergencies, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the option to receive a partial credit for future offerings.
